Wendy Elliott

Wendy Elliott serves as the In‑Country Facilitator for Saint Kitts and Nevis, embedded in the Ministry of Environment, Climate Action and Constituency Empowerment to support national efforts to advance climate ambition and implement NDC priorities. She brings experience in sustainability planning, natural resource management and multistakeholder coordination across small island contexts. Her work focuses on strengthening institutional collaboration, aligning development partner support with national goals and accelerating climate resilient, inclusive development. Grounded in her island heritage and interdisciplinary training, Wendy is committed to evidence‑based, locally led approaches that enhance resilience and benefit communities across the federation.
