Noudehouenou Gandonou
Climate Finance Analyst
Noudehouenou Gandonou is a Climate Finance Analyst at the NDC Partnership Support Unit and is based in Washington, D.C. In this role, Noudehouenou implements climate finance strategies by working closely with stakeholders to mobilize funds for both mitigation and adaptation efforts.
Before joining the NDC Partnership, Noudehouenou worked as a consultant at the World Bank, where he developed innovative ways to scale up adaptation finance. He also served as a Climate Finance Expert and Consultant at the UN Climate Change Regional Collaboration Center (RCC) for West and Central Africa. He has been a dedicated advocate for youth engagement in climate action, working with youth-led organizations to raise awareness about climate finance and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Noudehouenou holds an executive certificate in sustainable finance and investment from the Yale School of Management, as well as a dual master's degrees in governance and regional integration and public policy. His academic background and hands-on experience enable him to bridge theoretical knowledge and practical action.
Fluent in English and French, Noudehouenou excels in international settings, driving projects to successful completion in Africa and beyond.
