Hellen is the data management and training analyst contributing to the continuous development and implementation of the NDC Partnership’s Online Partnership Plan Tool in member countries.
Among several sustainable initiatives, she has previously participated in building digital tools to include smallholder farmers in the value chain, the strengthening of health information systems in collaboration with Intrahealth (USAID project) and the ministry of health, Uganda and, provided data analytics support to the evaluation unit of the Green Climate Fund.
Hellen holds a BSc. in software engineering from Makerere University, Uganda, and an MSc. in engineering from Kyungpook National University, South Korea.
