Hannah is the Gender and Youth Associate at the NDC Partnership Support Unit and is based in Washington, D.C. Hannah supports countries in advancing gender equality and meaningful youth engagement throughout the NDC process.

Prior to joining the NDC Partnership, Hannah worked as an Energy and Gender Specialist at Sustainable Energy for All, supporting energy access and gender initiatives to achieve UN Sustainable Development Goal 7. Previously, she served as the Program Coordinator for the Energy Access Project at Duke University and the Sustainable Energy Transitions Initiative and has worked with women-led renewable energy enterprises in Nepal.

Hannah holds a Master of Environmental Management from Duke University with an emphasis on international development and sustainable energy. She received her B.A. in international studies and political science from Loyola University, Chicago.
