Analia Guachalla Terrazas
Bolivia In-Country Facilitator
Analia Guachalla Terrazas is the NDC Partnership In-Country Facilitator embedded in the Plurinational Authority of Mather Earth of Bolivia. Analia hold an undergraduate degree in Environmental Engineering and two Master’s degrees, one in Environmental Engineering and Management from the University of Castilla La Mancha and the other in Geographic Information Systems and Remote Sensing with a specialty in Natural Resource Management from the University of Twente. Analia has over 10 years of experience in the public sector and project management with international cooperation. Her works spans from environmental impact assessment, project monitoring, and stakeholder consultations (mainly with indigenous communities in Bolivia), to incorporating risk management and adaptation into climate change and development projects and coordinating the execution of projects in integrated water and natural resource management.
