Ainur Kopbayeva

Ainur Kopbayeva works as a Senior Climate Policy Advisor (In-Country Facilitator) to provide support to the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources. Ainur has played a key role in the implementation of global climate policy in Kazakhstan's national environmental legislation, including contributions to the development of a chapter on the emission trading system, adaptation to climate change, the development of LT-LED in Kazakhstan, and the updating of the NDC, focusing on international cooperation and country priorities in climate policy.
