The Climate Change Dashboard provides information on the contribution of renewable energy in countries nationally determined contributions (NDCs). It also presents an Avoided Emissions Calculator, which estimates the greenhouse gas emissions avoided due to a country’s renewable electricity generation in a given year compared to various fossil fuel generation scenarios.
