The Climate Vulnerability and Capacity Analysis (CVCA) Handbook is a community-level tool which integrates climate change into a wider participatory vulnerability analysis. It combines local knowledge with scientific data to provide a framework for dialogue within communities, as well as between communities and other stakeholders. The guidebook is organized around climate resilient livelihoods, DRR, local capacity development, & underlying causes of vulnerabilities.
