The Clean Energy Technology Assessment Methodology (CETAM) has been designed to provide clear, transparent information about clean energy technology markets in emerging economies of the Southern and Eastern Mediterranean region, the Early Transition Countries of Eastern Europe, Caucasus and Central Asia, and beyond. Its goal is to assist these countries identify the most promising clean energy technologies for policy support and investment and to establish metrics for tracking their deployment over time.
