4C is part of the International Climate Initiative of the German Ministry of the Environment (IKI / BMUB). Implementation of the project is carried out by the German Sustainable Development Cooperation (GIZ) in partnership with the Moroccan Delegate Ministry for the Environment (MoE). The objective of 4C as a GIZ project is to support the MoE in capacity building on the different themes of climate change mitigation and adaptation. 4C strives to contribute to the global effort on climate change by sharing experiences, monitoring, and networking at the international level.
