Ncamiso Keith Mhlanga

Eswatini In-Country Facilitator

Ncamiso Mhlanga is an Environmental and Natural Resources Specialist with over 16 years of working experience across water resources management, water supply and sanitation, agriculture and livelihoods, environment, biodiversity and climate change adaptation sectors. He has spent his career focusing on community development, working with local and international organizations. Mr. Mhlanga has worked for UNDP in Eswatini, where he was leading a Climate Change Transboundary Water and Agriculture Adaptation project funded by the Global Environmental Facility and UNDP. He played an instrumental role in leading the climate change portfolio in Eswatini, mainstreaming climate change considerations into policy frameworks and strategies and establishing climate change related baseline studies mainly for the water sector. He spent the past seven years working as a Country Director for WaterAid Eswatini, mainly focusing on the WASH Sector. Mr. Mhlanga has vast experience working with multilateral international donors and the private sector. Ncamiso is embedded in the Ministry of Tourism and Environmental Affairs (Climate Change Unit).
