A key learning priority of the Climate Investment Funds’ (CIF) Evaluation and Learning Initiative, the Transformational Change Learning Partnership (TCLP) is a multidisciplinary, multistakeholder learning community seeking to deepen, advance, and promote the understanding and operationalization of transformational change in climate action. TCLP facilitates learning, global collaboration, and evidence-based analysis. The partnership is built on knowledge sharing and consultations with policymakers, evaluators, and other experts in climate action to develop concepts, methods, and metrics for transformational change.
CIF’s Transformational Change Learning Partnership holds a variety of participant-driven joint learning activities through virtual exchanges and in-person workshops. It provides a dedicated space to facilitate collaborative, evidence-based learning on transformational change. This resource collection contains all the original research and analysis and past events from the TCLP.
