The Africa E-Mobility Alliance (AfEMA) connects stakeholders in electric mobility ecosystems across Africa.

AfEMA actively drives awareness, activates markets, and catalyzes advocacy efforts to transform the transportation landscape into a zero-emission sector. We envision that by 2030, 30% of all vehicles sold in Africa will be Zero Emission Vehicles (ZEVs). Our work informs and accelerates that transition.

This platform represents a snapshot of the EV readiness situation at the time of their creation and may not account for subsequent developments or changes. Users are advised to exercise caution and consider additional sources of information when making decisions related to electric vehicle deployment, policy, financing, or infrastructure planning.
