Details

Somalia, a fragile country, submitted its first NDC in 2021. However, it has successfully developed its first NDC implementation action plan in November 2023 with bankable projects and will show case during the COP 28. It is expected that the President will be the Key Note Speaker, The Minister will do the Welcoming remarks and, NDC-Partnership Director will Lead the process including the Panel Discussion. The In-Country Facilitator will do a brief presentation of the process.
