Country Engagement Specialist

Anne is a Country Engagement Specialist at the NDC Partnership Support Unit in Bonn, Germany. She supports governments in francophone Africa in implementing their Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs).

Before joining the Support Unit, Anne was a technical advisor at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH in Madagascar, focusing on capacity building for climate change adaptation and climate finance. Previously, she worked for NGOs in Germany and the UK in fields of advocacy and campaigning.

Anne holds a MSc in Environmental Policy and Regulation from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a BA in International Relations and Development Studies from the University of Sussex.
