Vichet Ratha Khlok

Vichet Ratha Khlok is the NDC Partnership In-Country Facilitator for Cambodia. She has extensive experience in the education sector on topics related to climate change and the environment and was previously a lecturer at several private universities and the National Institute of Education. As a Country Facilitator, she has been involved with climate change knowledge management, GHG inventories, work for the preparation of Cambodia’s first Biennial Transparency Report, and the preparation of the updated NDC. Ms. Vichet Ratha earned her Bachelor's degree in Education from the Royal University of Phnom Penh, her Master’s degree in Education from Nagoya University in Japan, and is currently pursuing her Ph.D.
