AFD is cofinancing a multi-donor programme to support the Colombian government’s plan for fighting climate change impacts on agriculture, water resources, sea level rise, ecosystems (glaciers and paramos), and health. CEA-LITEN (Energies nouvelles) contributes to the technical support of the project.
