CARE - Adaptation Learning Program for Africa
The Adaptation Learning Program (ALP) for Africa aims to increase the capacity of vulnerable households in sub-Saharan Africa to adapt to increasing and uncertain climate change and climate variability. ALP develops innovative community-based adaptation (CBA) approaches and strategies with farming and pastoralist communities, and promotes their integration into local and national government systems and programmes.
CARE's ALP for Africa is constantly doing outreach to African countries. For more information, contact: firstname.lastname@example.org
The Adaptation Learning Programme (ALP) for Africa is implemented by CARE International with financial support between 2010 and 2017 from UK Aid from the Department for International Development, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Finland, the Austrian Development Cooperation and the Danish CISU Climate and Environment Fund.
