The main objective of this 3 million euros project is to support four beneficiary countries in Africa (Benin, Gabon, Kenya, Uganda) in developing and implementing low-carbon and climate-resilient strategies, by assisting them in the institutional and technical process of public policy elaboration and its implementation.
