Konate Arkya Ibrahima

Mali Facilitator

Konate Arkya Ibrahima holds a Master degree in Environmental and Sustainable Development  Economics from the University of Rouen (Normandy, France).

 

She worked in the private sector in France (COVED, a company specialized in waste management and recycling). She then joined the Mobilisation and Monitoring of Financial Mechanisms Department of the Environment and Sustainable Development Agency (AEDD) as assistant. Since then, she has participated in several training courses on climate finance, NDC implementation, climate governance and project cycle development and management.  She has also contributed to the mobilization of grants and funds for projects. These various missions have enabled her to develop expertise on environmental issues and a low-carbon economy.
