Urban Environmental Infrastructure Fund (UEIF)

The Urban Environmental Infrastructure Fund (UEIF) aims to raise and invest co-financing from development partner agencies to support the implementation of Strategy 2020. The fund prioritizes: climate change mitigation and adaptation; urban environmental transportation services; urban environmental water and wastewater services; urban environmental solid waste management services; district heating and cooling services; and urban renewal.

Project proponents prepare the project proposal which consists of an application form and a concept paper in standard ADB concept paper format. The proposal is submitted to the Facility Manager. All required materials can be found here.
