COP31 Anniversary Event: 10 Years of the NDC Partnership — From Ambition to Implementation through the Action Agenda

COP31 offers an opportunity to prove that implementation is happening. Framed around the Action Agenda and marking ten years of the NDC Partnership, this side event will provide visible, evidence-based examples of how country-driven climate action is contributing to emissions reductions and resilience. Drawing on country experience, the session will highlight priority action areas, evolving support needs and practical examples of how coordinated technical assistance, capacity building and investment alignment are strengthening institutions and accelerating delivery. The discussion will also focus on the barriers to implementation and identify lessons and priorities for the decade ahead, including how partners can better align support behind country priorities and help deliver 2030 targets.
