Call Summary
The Transformative Actions Program (TAP) is designed to bridge the gap between the availability and accessibility of climate finance and the needs of local sustainable development projects. It facilitates and accelerates capital flows to cities, towns, and regions globally by transforming local ideas into actionable, investment-ready projects that drive sustainable development. TAP supports local and regional governments throughout the entire project cycle, including early-stage project preparation, and actively promotes a variety of financing sources and options tailored to each project’s unique context and local circumstances.
