Call Summary
The Ready for Impact program is a 6-week incubator program for humanitarian-earth science teams looking to scale their proven innovations. Innovators from non-profits, community service organizations, humanitarian groups and purpose-driven companies are welcome to apply to the program as partnerships or individuals. Finalists will gain access to a supportive community, expert guidance, and a platform at SatSummit in May, where they will pitch their innovations to potential funders.
Eligibility Criteria
Lead Organization Eligibility:
• The lead organization must be a legally registered entity, including but not limited to: international or national non-governmental organization (NGO), UN or Donor government agency or program, civil society organization, academic or research institution, social enterprise (private companies with a social mission).
• Lead organizations must have in-country and/or local partnerships.
• Organizations must operate in accordance with humanitarian principles of humanity, neutrality, impartiality, and independence.
• If applying alone, the lead organization must have a minimum USD$500,000 annual operating budget
Partnership Eligibility:
• Partner organizations can be any of the organizations above, or a private for-profit company, but do not have to adhere to the criteria of minimum operating budget or direct in-country or local partnerships.
• No more than 3 organizations can apply together in partnership (including the lead organization).
• At least one organization in the partnership must have a minimum USD$500,000 annual operating budget.
